Built on a modernized Laravel backbone, the platform provides each brand (Home Improvement, Roofing, and Dumpster Rental) with its own isolated frontend and database while sharing a robust core for content management, lead distribution, and customer interactions. It features enterprise-level tools like real-time cost estimators, concierge request systems, and a high-performance SEO engine that drives dozens of daily organic leads.

The challenge

AID Group needed to scale multiple service brands without multiplying their technical overhead. Each brand required unique features (e.g., roofing estimators vs. dumpster booking) while maintaining a consistent administrative workflow and high-integrity data handling for sensitive customer leads.

How I approached it

  • Core CMS Engine: Developed a modular, reusable CMS core that allows for rapid deployment of new brands with dedicated galleries, blogs, and service portfolios.
  • Advanced Lead Gen: Engineered a sophisticated "Concierge" and "Cost Estimator" system with transactional logic to capture, validate, and route high-intent leads in real-time.
  • Synchronized Architecture: Implemented a pattern-based deployment strategy where AID Home, AID Roof, and AID Dumpster share a unified codebase architecture, ensuring security patches and feature updates propagate seamlessly.
  • Integrated Payments: Wired-up Stripe and PayPal rest-api SDKs for secure membership applications and service deposits, with automated webhook reconciliation.
